The loan was secured by the two lots; one lot is one-acre and the other, three-quarters of an acre. Nova’s fast and nimble lending platform allowed the builder to take advantage of quickly purchasing the building lots in the very desirable School District #2. The builder intends on building two, 3,000 SF custom residences. The properties are situated just blocks from Main Street and the waterfront of Cold Spring Harbor.
